That's what I'm going with.....or at least the lack of sunlight associated with cloud. Yellowing has become rapidly more noticeable locally in UK as the week went on. I'm betting as the next week is forecast to have much more sun, the process will slow somewhat.

I'm betting as the next week is forecast to have much more sun, the process will slow somewhat. Since fall doesn't start for another 3 weeks, that is encouraging.

I lost a very large and beautiful Western Red Cedar in my yard to some imported fungal disease a few years back. Just sad. Also have been battling Anthrancose in many of my plants. I fear the for large Honey Locust growing off my back deck as this year half the tree went without foliage. Arborists are mixed about what is wrong, we have tried soil injections and are hoping for the best.

I lost an ancient hackberry tree that shaded two-thirds of the house and the deck to a microburst about four years back. Cannot be replaced in my lifetime.
