We are dry in sw Minnesota. Still winter to me and I love a drought in the winter! But seriously we will really need to get a bit of moisture coming soon!

Spring is early here in the west midlands of England. Birds are arriving a week or two earlier than usual, I saw 4 species of butterfly today in temperatures of 65 degrees F. Plum blossom is just appearing and plenty of Coltsfoot are in flower.

Our ancestors would have laughed at these people. The grumpy ones might have done more. Hire an engineer. Who would imagine that the West is dry ... and the mean has a very large variance?
