This study attributes very little of the recent global warming to Hunga Tonga. It seems like a pretty sophisticated analysis. If it is accurate, we need another explanation beyond the El Nino for the big jump in global temperatures after Hunga Tonga. It will be interesting to see what happens over the next year or two. I'll keep updating on my prediction that global temperatures will fall over the next 20 years.

if you put heat into rocks/bricks that heat will radiate .. thats the earth .. i feel what we are seeing is the heat for the last 40? yrs of high sun activity being released .. the planet has absorbed so much as it does ..protons and such like a fireplace .. now it's letting go .. for how long  but dam it's going to be cold after just my thoughts i could be crazy but thats how i see things ... there is no reason for temps to be this high .. well there not really are they .8 deg c ?? |
