It should be formally adopted as the 51st State. And it should start by looking at some of the longer term reproductions of how climate has changed, according to some standardized methods, since the Younger Dryas. They make the teeny weeny changes that are sold as catastrophic look tame in comparison. A new one has shown up. And it is not dramatically different from past versions. How to compare today to the past wattsupwiththat.com/2021/06/24/how-to-compare-today-to-the-past/

That chart should be placed in front of every voter and public school student.

That chart should be placed in front of every voter and public school student. What makes you think a meaningful percentage of the population can interpret an XY plot Walnut?

Interesting Sig. imagine the inconceivable number of interacting periodicities that form what we call climate.

So this is where we've been going wrong. Comments Acid? My God, to fully understand that 🤯 Some of it parallels my interest in sound waves and sound design. To 'sculpt' sound you kinda have to see sound waves, or generated oscillations, after a while if you hear a sound you can almost picture the waveform needed to replicate it. Above is with reference to other synth generated sounds, something like bird song for example, is correctly theoretically possible to be replicated by drawing a sound wave, but the complexity involved.....we'll, it'd be simpler to record it! I'd don't understand fourier analysis....but the idea of a sine wave feeding back to itself reminds me of a small thin stream of water flowing over a smooth surface? Have you ever watched one as it mostly seems to meander one way, but then flicks the other, then back, all the while affecting the downstream components? Nothing changes, velocity, surface, but flow is unpredictable to the eye.

The objective of this study is therefore to understand and provide an explanation of how increasing levels of anthropogenic GHGs in the atmosphere, which raises the amounts of incident longwave radiation on the ocean surface, causes the upper OHC to rise. The way some people bang on about CO² heating the oceans, its surely a bit late to be needing to explain how it does it??
