So ... if this falls in the category of "urban legend" or otherwise ... why do foreign moms supposedly place such emphasis on (even paying for) their baby to be born on US soil? Big business I'm told. I'm no lawyer but am very interested in this topic. Not really into deporting babies ... but it seems key to extreme leverage on the issue of who can stay and who can't. I have been in places where I've had reason to meet some of "these people". That is not a slur. There are All manner of human (from animal to saint) in these "teeming masses" (not unlike our own ancestors). Imagine taking the Darien Gap ... some with whole families in tow. How many in our "kept" urban jungles are worth even a pinch of the better of these? I would trade three-quarters of our "hoods" for those of the migrants that could pass a basic morality test. The rest I would equip with rifles and ammo ... and send them back to Venezuala to hang that bus driver on a tree. Mr. HOWARD. The first amendment is to section one, declaring that "all persons born in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the States wherein they reside." I do not propose to say anything on that subject except that the question of citizenship has been so fully discussed in this body as not to need any further elucidation, in my opinion. This amendment which I have offered is simply declaratory of what I regard as the law of the land already, that every person born within the limits of the United States, and subject to their jurisdiction, is by virtue of natural law and national law a citizen of the United States. This will not, of course, include persons born in the United States who are foreigners, aliens, who belong to the families of ambassadors or foreign ministers accredited to the Government of the United States, but will include every other class of persons. It settles the great question of citizenship and removes all doubt as to what persons are or are not citizens of the United States. This has long been a great desideratum in the jurisprudence and legislation of this country. I think this discussion is becoming irrelevant with every passing day ....

Overall employment was down in December, typically an up month. Go figure? www.bls.gov/news.release/empsit.t09.htmAbout halfway down the page under - FULL - OR PART - TIME STATUS Full-time workers: Nov 134,727 Dec 133,196 A 1.531 million decline. Weird, Christmas is usually when employment goes up because of, well, Christmas.

Since credentials and experience don't matter, yes. MSM will slobber all over her. She will instantly rally the Kardashian vote and guarantee Obama's 4th term. Kamala getting dumped wont even be mentioned. I'll be happy to be wrong but I think it's inevitable. They need a magic candidate that will make 4 years of failure disappear. We've continually been told she doesn't want to run... I don't believe that. solarcycle25com.proboards.com/post/21730/thread

Sounds interesting, but I would like to study the particulars a little closer. I am assuming that the State would not be allowed to encumber the physical metal deposits for their own purposes ... like a fractional reserve bank. Otherwise ... Could this also stop the Federal Government from confiscating the private deposits ... like Roosevelt did in 1934. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Executive_Order_6102
Code ... Could the States legally tell the Feds to go "F" themselves if they attempted to confiscate the gold? Please feel free to speculate. The "State Guard" might have to be reconstituted under the sole authority of each governor.

I've been saying for two years now that Michelle Obama will be the next president. The fact that she's making appearances in which she pushes the theme that "our democracy" is under attack makes it all the more likely. None of the potential GOP candidates would have a prayer against her.
