Think that condo collapse may get traced to a "rebar foreman" by the name of Fred. But that aside, I add the following chart, because it's "pretty".  The tempo seems to be picking up in the last very few years (although I have only a mental metric that can be notoriously "twitchy"). I call it my Mann synapse spasm.  And it needs to be regularly lubed.  |
