Some time they will probably turn a bot loose to digest and ponder the entire body of the current Internet.  And they might not restrain it with an algorithmic conscience.  Not that it would necessarily develop a malevolent nature.  More likely a resourceful pragmatism.  Or worse, selfish aspirationalism.  Who knows?   They could do it now.
