Real Clear Politics has a landslide Senate Prediction. 53 GOP vs 47 DEM We will see. A House majority pretty assured ... merely a question of magnitude.
53/47 isn't a landslide. Congress can't overrule a veto without a 2/3 majority. A simple majority in Congress is helpless in the face of a determined executive branch.
That's before you even get into committee structures and procedural tricks. But say the Republicans do win 53/47 and can pass anything they want. Biden's handlers will give him the veto stamp and tell him they'll take him out for ice cream later. Net result? Nada.
And all those predictions? They're based on polling. Polling is only of value if you assume the election will be honest. Now, to be fair, in most races it probably will be. But will the close races be honest? It doesn't take that many fraudulent votes or "lost" ballots to flip a narrow Senate race.
A united majority in both chambers can stop anything the executive wishes to do ... short of executive orders ... which can be challenged in the court(s). No, it cannot override a veto, but it can tayler legislation "designed" to be veto that will mike the Executive look like a "Schmuck". In concert with sympathetic States, a majority can implement "policy" which bypasses the executive ... with the exception of funding. A majority in concert with ROCNA could raise a big middle finger of defiance to the "pink" house. Could be an interesting two years watching "Mad" Joe wandering the halls of Power.
As for voting ... there are a wealth of data that can be (and are) used to link voting results to demographics at the precinct level ... without identifying individual voters. Calibrated to Census results and past elections, this can give the dedicated geopolitical observer a good indicator of possible political hanky panky. Requires an extensive database and "near real time" access to voting results. I propose a new analytic organization ... ROCNA Analytics.
Perhaps a parady song ... We are Rockna! ...

Executive orders are *supposed* to be limited, but the last three administrations have more or less ruined that idea. We got the "vaccine" mandates that cost thousands of people their jobs and are continuing to cost people their jobs via a slate of executive orders that were overturned too late or not at all. I've already posted about both the Regular Army and the Army National Guard being in the process of letting go tens of thousands of soldiers because they are too smart to get the jab. Congress didn't mandate that. Congress can't stop it with a simple majority.
And... how could this administration POSSIBLY look any more like a Schmuck to anyone who is paying the slightest attention? Trump cared about that (too much, I'd say). Maybe Obama did. Biden sometimes doesn't even know he's supposedly President. Do you really think he knows how low his approval ratings are?
Also yes, we COULD spot voting fraud quite easily. And in the places two years ago where people actually were able to go and look, they DID spot fraud or serious indicators. Heck, we saw indicators on election night and video surfaced within a day. And... remind me who is sitting in the Oval Office right now? How many people have gone to jail for that? If you question the Pravda you're an Election Denier and probably soon to be a terrorist. Even FOX has mostly adopted the party line that there was no fraud. You think the fraud we SAW happen two years ago (remember video of suitcases of extra ballots?) isn't enough to swing a few close Senate or House races?

No one ever thought that Brandon was in charge anyway. And look what we've got one heartbeat away.
