I fail to see how anything in that regard has changed in the last three years (at least). It does not appear to be an actual problem for the Dems. It should be, but Biden and his family appear to be able to get away with everything short of murder - only Hillary gets away with that.

Edit to add: yes, I predicted Harris would replace Biden, but I think I mis-read the long-term plan.
