I would go to that border asking for entry. You would have to go to Arkansas for skiing or leave the country (to Colorado).

The war must have ceased being profitable to some influence wielders, for reasons that we wouldn't know. I firmly believe this whole situation is intentional. The fact that weapons, vehicles and runways were left intact is exhibit #1 that this has all been orchestrated. The Keystone Pipeline was intentionally shutdown. The southern border of the US is intentionally in chaos. COVID policies have the economy in danger. Afghanistan is now a total disgrace. Imagine all the $$$ that will dry up without a continuation of "The Forever War" that Donald Trump committed us to end! This whole mess could be a way to "intend to leave...but now we have to go back." BTW, all the equipment was lost and now we have to replace it with new and better stuff!!!Biden is just playing his part. What's the goal of all of this? Tear the US apart and remake it the way that they prefer. We are being divided everyday for a reason. Forgive me for quoting myself: www.zerohedge.com/geopolitical/taliban-possesses-black-hawk-helicopters-billions-dollars-us-military-hardware

If the US can continue to keep financial pressure on the new Afghanistan government, that fleet could be grounded in months. Unless China helps them, which they might.

In case you were unsure if the government interferes in scientific studies: www.nature.com/articles/d41586-021-02242-x "Health researchers report funder pressure to suppress results" "A survey of public-health researchers has found numerous instances of trial results being suppressed on topics such as nutrition, sexual health, physical activity and substance use, with 18% of respondents reporting that they had, on at least one occasion, felt pressured by funders to delay reporting, alter or not publish findings." "Public-health research has a history of interference from industry funders, so the team behind the study, led by Sam McCrabb at the University of Newcastle in Australia, expected researchers running industry-funded studies to be those most commonly acting under duress. “But we didn’t find any instances of that,” she says." "McCrabb and her co-authors found that respondents were more likely to report pressure from government department funders seeking to influence research outcomes than from industry or charity funders, or public research funding agencies."

I've seen that chart before. I'm busy trading Biden monopoly money for silver Morgans and Peace Dollars. I looked up the definition of M1 Money and I'm only slightly more enlightened than I was before I looked it up - short/medium/long term outlook from someone with more of a clue please?
This certainly looks very bad in the long term, but I have no idea what the short or medium term impacts are likely to be.

Our leaders don't either. That's the scariest part. The $20 4 oz bag of pistachios I saw Friday at a truck stop is a direct consequence.
Seriously, our input costs at our business shot way up this year, and we reflexively raise our prices an arbitrary (large) amount as a response. That's the bad type of inflation that we should have tried to avoid- anticipatory price increases. They spiral upwards and out of control. We haven't seen that since the 70's.
People are reacting, fresh new 2021 $1 silver eagles are selling for $40.11 per coin on eBay.

And precious metals brokers are getting up to 60% above spot for them. Gold is a better buy now. A weak America may/will not dictate the terms of trade or the exchange.
