This is not a science experiment. There is nothing to prove. It is a statement of faith and personal interpretation of the Constitutional relationship between the States (the sovereign entities) and the Federal Government (the hired help). For generations "the hired help" with incremental interpretations by the Supreme Court have been chipping away at State sovereignty by incorporating ever more "undelegated" powers into the Federal power structure. This is a perfect place to take a stand. The Federal military should not control the "State Guard". If they need to be withdrawn from "the arrangement" then so be it. |
