Yes Sig I also I have been on numerous flights and slept with and near many with Covid.
The studies I have seen suggest Vit D consumption during an illness or a vaccination in a population with generally low Vit D levels is the problem.
I have lifted to 5000units/day and all colds etc are brushed of at pace.

I do think Vit D levels are critical. I have been taking 5,000iud for years. During summer, I reduce to 5,000iud every 3 days. Lower sun, increase to daily.

I, and my wife, have not contacted our 1st case of Covid19. My question remains why?? Everyone in my family has had it. I was sick for 3 days not much different than a flu. Headache, fever, sniffles, cough... Everyone else in my family had very mild cases not much different than a cold. I also know a Dr. who was in New York at the onset of the pandemic when they were literally stacking dead bodies in refrigerated trucks because they were out of room. She says it was literally a scene from a post apocalyptic Zombie movie and assures me that it was very, very real and deadly. I have no doubt in her eyewitness account. I have no idea why it is so devastating to some and a literal head cold for others. I took the original dose because my son was immunocompromised at the time and in hindsight knowing what I know now I don't think I would take it again. My anecdotal evidence is that it is ineffective. |

My anecdotal evidence is that it is ineffective. the first two strains were deadly to about 40% unless treated .. now it is just a bad cold/flu to many... it mutated in the right direction for us could it go back ?? maybe but i think it's to far down the path to do that .. maybe the next one that gets free will kill us all ..  |
