My problem is job, family and my cabin upstate. Job won’t be forever but family is important and I’ve put a lot of myself into our retreat in The Catskills. Our goal is to leave LI and move up there away from the madness. Maybe the upstate secession movement will really take hold by then. The deep divide in America is Urban vs. Rural values.

I have always thought that these politicians are mostly ego driven and not overly bright, formulating their policies solely upon their desire for re-election. However, I now believe the disastrous outcome of these policies is impossible not to recognize and therefore they’re fully aware of what they’re doing and are embracing it.
