Don't think I match the job description .... .... but I might come over and join the resistance. Take your RAID and health insurance policy. Why would I need to bring hard drives?

Sometimes it's hard to know just what to say.
I tattooed my eyeballs purple and blue—now I’m going blind

Correlation and causation is the issue to consider.
My take is that people that eat grass fed animal fats have higher levels of Vit D and it may just be the lower levels of vegetable oil in their diet and higher consumption of omega 3 rich animal fats which will have Vit D by way of luck.
Vit D is clearly good for you but animal fats are far better than vegetable oils being largely foreign to us till the last 150 years.
My daughter who is currently in Peru doing a voluntary dentistry month would argue I'm deluded but she comes from the old heath university in NZ the other embraces my view, who will be right?

Our Indo-european ancestors were "driving" herds of vitamin D across the Pontic Steppe thousands of years ago. While milk may have been the primary product, no meat, or fat, likely went to waste.
B-A-R-B-E-Q-U-E is an Indo-european word. Means "Party on the Prairie".
When Marta eats red meat it cannot have any fat and looks more like a cremated shoe. When I eat red meat its bleeds and oozes ... and the ancestors are pleased.

How bad are things in Peru? Looks like a military coup or something like that happening in the news.

Beef and 10,000 varieties of potatoes. Their soups are spectacular but the ingredients are hard to get here. Industrious but poor population. El Padrone
