I have a Pathologist friend in this it works and very well.
Here's the rub the resistance in NZ is from the specialists they make serious money, and I know this my family are involved, with screening where they get 90% false positive rates with the aid of a government subsidy.
Richard will prevail he did in his last venture saving the local District heath board yes $3B over ten years he is deeply loathed in the industry.
Its a new frontier and people such as one of our crew here would be much advantaged if it were in place years ago.

And once again we repeat the lesson (20 years late) that you cannot fight other peoples' wars for them. Hearts and minds are products of local history and culture ... not what we had in mind for them. If THEY don't like them, then THEY have to change them.
