Happy 7th everyone, in an hour or so when we have more daylight, I will put out our flag.

This caught my eye. "You know you live in a third world country when... Your car was broken into 15 times.
You know you live in a third world country when... Instead of being outraged that your car was broken into 15 times, you just passively accept it as normal.
You know you live in a third world country when... Your president is a puppet.
You know you live in a third world country when... Inflation is high for a long time.
You know you live in a third world country when... The government doesn't even try to stop illegal immigration.
You know you live in a third world country when... Violent riots are called peaceful protests by the corporate media.
You know you live in a third world country when... It regularly happens that dozens of people show up at stores to rob them.
You know you live in a third world country when... Instead of trimming branches near power lines to prevent fires, they turn off the power for millions of people.
You know you live in a third world country when... The elite tell the public to wear a mask, but they don't wear a mask when they're not in the public eye.
You know you live in a third world country when... Peaceful antigovernment protesters are treated like terrorists by the government.
You know you live in a third world country when... The corporate media fully supports the government treating peaceful antigovernment protesters like terrorists.
You know you live in a third world country when... A new social media website becomes popular, so Big Tech kills it."

Ain't that the truth. I love being out in the country, where things are normal. The cities though..

Ain't that the truth. I love being out in the country, where things are normal. The cities though.. I think about this a lot. I live in a fairly densely populated area and yet for the most part life is basically normal. Schools and government are the exception. The NY news outlets (State Media) promote a completely alternate reality though. When we’re up at our cabin, it’s completely normal. Shut off the TV, FB and Twitter and move on with life! Family and loved ones are where life is.

EAA AirVenture, more commonly referred to as "Oshkosh" because that is where it is held. I was there this year. It is remarkable if you enjoy aviation, especially the old war birds. Crazy stunt flying. All kinds of aircraft formation flying. You will never see more war birds in one spot. The time and money people have spent restoring them is mind-boggling. I highly recommend it.

Getting in the last "Dig". I always liked Bob Dole. He was about as close to Missouri as he could be, without being Harry Truman. Go with throttle up Bob. www.westernjournal.com/bob-dole-planned-mischievous-surprise-dems-memorial-cameras-rolling-caught/?ff_source=Email&ff_medium=WJBreaking&ff_campaign=breaking&ff_content=western-journalFormer Sen. Bob Dole of Kansas, known for his dry wit, got in one last laugh during his own funeral at the Washington National Cathedral in D.C. on Friday. Daughter Robin Dole read a quip from her father’s farewell letter to America about vote integrity. “As I make the final walk on my life’s journey, I do so without fear. Because I know that I will, again, not be walking alone. I know that God will be walking with me,” wrote the 1996 Republican presidential nominee, who died Sunday at age 98. “I also confess that I’m a bit curious to learn if I am correct in thinking that heaven will look a lot like Kansas and to see, like others who have gone before me, if I will still be able to vote in Chicago.” The response among the D.C. establishment included some noticeable nervous laughter.
