Better too much than not enough if you have space. We have lots of hardwood here, but prices have gone up. Now ~$250 for a delivered cord (4'X4'x8'). |

Flea please tell me again what part of the world you are in? nw uk .. a shit hole called blackpool .. Lots of room over here Flea. Lots of jobs for tradesmen. Taxes are relatively low ... but services are not cradle-to-grave.
I live in a college town (Columbia) surrounded by forests and farm land. If I want to see a shit hole, I drive to St. Louis. St. Louians take exception to my description.  Some actually seem to like the place. My driving distance to St. Louis is just less than your drive from Blackpool to Kingston Upon Hull. Same distance to Kansas City Missouri on the west side of the state. |

Coney island new york but most company's do not reinvest in the town .. lots of stag and hen do's |

I remember Blackpool for the tide going out a long way, the illuminations and the tower which incidently can be seen from Parbold hill. |
