Here's the plan. They want you to pay through the nose. We will see where this goes.

Welcome to your future under Moron Control. Actually I think it is planned.

Any electrical genus's out there that can/will dispute the conclusions in this geomagnetic emp video? Not a genius. I think it's a good presentation. However, he completely leaves out the effect on the population's reliance on electronic devices and vehicles. He underplays the destruction to transformers and the timeline for replacement especially with the grid so interconnected. A strategic targeting of the grid's weakness is going to take a long time to repair. The human panic in a dense population with all government capability stretched to failure is the issue. If I loose power, communication and transportation, nobody cares. Try that on 10 or 20 million sheeple with the feckless leaders they elected in charge.

MB they are sensational and there are others MSR Thorium etc.
Ultimately the dumb fools in Govt. who feel the need to prescribe the solutions to the world reduce the use of competent solutions.
Ask anyone here or anywhere to name one picked winner by Govt. by any government, just one.
This thought process identifies the distinction between a "socialist Govt. and a capitalist Govt. We often hear the great jokes about military bolts at $50 each and they are available in Walmart for 5c but in fact that is the reason the that a country like the USSR/Russia with wage rates at 20% of the West failed to dominate at any level. That means GDP, Technology, Life expectancy except for Gulag's and Vodka. China started to wake up.

If we ever manage to defeat the fairy tale mongers, competent energy-solution providers will make a lot of money in a cooling world. Not that they don't now. And it beats the hell out of freezing. Teddy had it right, and I added a bit ... “If you've got them by the balls, their hearts and minds and ideology will follow.” Only question is ... how long will it take to get a solid majority to implement it.

This expands on the previous video (immediately above). QUESTIONS: 1) Is he right? 2) If he is, should those that push "the transition" be held financially and criminally liable?

The key points being made in the Mark Mills interview are:
Increasing metal production to required levels for "energy transition" is extremely expensive and energy intensive
There is insufficient investment now being made to increase copper supply sufficiently, even if the ore bodies were available
If something [?net zero] can't happen, it won't
Interesting comment that EV vehicles have to be driven about 100,000 kms before they break even energy wise with diesels!!

Conversion to a carbon-free grid has never been aimed at solving a real problem. It is strictly aimed at government control. The government does not trot out engineers to explain and defend the approach. There are some things that most engineers just will not do.
