In the US there are 270 babies killed per day. Some call this choice. I call it infanticide. The founders understood well what the 2nd Amendment does.

Let’s total up the fentanyl deaths. Let’s separate legal gun owners from lawless animals…total BS amplified by worthless MSM shills.

No, not at all. If we find ourselves in a sketchy area of one of our fine blue cities, we might feel a little nervous but mainly just on heightened alert. The police are 100% worthless.

Nope.
"I can't sleep sometimes because I have this fear - not just for my sons, but for my husband, my parents," she said. "I'm living in a state of fear."
Sounds like one of those climate feariors. She might want to find a nice cellar to move into.

If I lived in a deep blue city full of "gun free zones", in a state that required I be a celebrity or politically connected to carry a sidearm then I might very well be afraid to go out.
If my children were sent to schools that were "gun free zones" and where the school "security" guards weren't armed, in a district where the politicos had been chanting "defund the police" I might very well be afraid to send my children to school.
But I live in rural Texas. I carry when I feel like it, as do the people around me. And we smile and wave at each other when we pass in the street. I don't fear them, and they don't fear me. That is the way it should be, and the way our founders wanted it to be.

I have come to believe that the most "normal", pleasant, respectful, fair minded people live in a belt ranging from Texas up through Oklahoma, and up into Missouri. I have enjoyed my travels and time spent in other parts of the US and other places on the globe. Even nearby Arkansas and New Mexico fail to make the cut. Kansas and Nebraska are ok. Minnesota fails to make the cut. Haven't been up in the Dakotas. The deep south is hit or miss. Ohio has been OK. It might be a good balance of midwestern and southern sensibilities. Probably offended half of North America, and the rest of the world couldn't care less lol.

I do not live in a state of fear. I do live in a state of heightened awareness. Predators are encouraged and empowered in society these days. LEO’s don’t prevent crimes, they investigate them.

A lady came in asking where the liquor store was. On way out, I noticed the camper. They are staying at Icelandic Park. She commented on how really friendly people were "down here". She is from Canada. We are a friendly lot. Just don't cross us. 😀
