Penguins principally eat fish but with careful training could develop a more varied and potentially better diet.
One side effect could be good, we have penguins that nest under our beach house the problem is that what they eat is reflected in what they smell like. An improvement would be welcome.

I don't believe a diet made up of bureaucrats will smell better than fish...probably worse. |
