As I said much earlier the Chinese economic system is capitalism using the generally accepted definition of capitalism. I think that's a statement of fact. I don't know whether you agree or not.
According to any definition in any of the english speaking dictionaries they are not "capitalists". But why not go right to the horses mouth. The CCP themselves say they are not capitalists. "The CCP maintains that despite the co-existence of private capitalists and entrepreneurs with public and collective enterprise, China is not a capitalist country because the party retains control over the direction of the country, maintaining its course of socialist development." Wiki So they don't fit the definition. They don't even call themselves capitalists but you keep insisting they are. They don't fit what definition?
The word capitalism is about capital and its ownership. The definitions of capitalism say nothing about "control over the direction of the country" except for whether there is private ownership of capital. The quote you show above says there are private capitalists in China.

I've been reading about the English/French battle of Agincourt and thinking of the Taiwan strait. Taiwan could prevail.

Article is generally informative once you get past the Climate agenda. Note that China has INCREASED internal food production. The US didn't like becoming 2nd fiddle to Brazil regarding ag exports. We are funding environmental movement in regards to Amazon basin. This has created a rift between Brazil and US, forcing Brazil to become part of BRIC countries. The SWIFT banking system relies on US dollar being world's reserve currency. The cracks in that system continue to widen. We are witnessing a slow motion train wreck, the US is the train.

China’s growing arsenal boosts risk of nuclear warGrowing danger of nuclear conflict is 'real,' nuclear lab warns By Bill Gertz - The Washington Times - Monday, May 29, 2023
For those of you who like dubious claims like, I saw a Sasquatch while hiking or I spotted a UFO. Mr. Gertz once told me he witnessed firsthand, Chinese nationals applauding when the world trade center towers were hit, if I recall he said they were in DC on some type of tour.

I'm reasonably sure I saw something similar but don't think it was in the USA.

Xi Pingpong "reprimanded"? Apparently CCP party elders are not happy with his handling of the economy. It's getting pretty bad over there and they won't even release youth unemployment data anymore. Because in a communist nation when the data sucks it makes everything better if you just hide it.

I was looking at China stock indexes again last night, China-H_Shares and Hang Seng, going back to 2018. Something has to be very wrong with China. People don't invest money in stocks with the expectation of losing it over decades. Remember everything that Buffet has said about "don't bet against the US economy"? Well that doesn't seem to apply to the Chinese economy. Our suspicions that the books were cooked in China was probably right all along.
