Thank you Jcsok. It's good to hear real documented stories. In regards to Ivermectin, there are probably "a lot" of South Asian Indians (and others elsewhere) that would agree with you about results. From my wife's reports from Colombia, Ivermectin is being taken in quantity by a large portion of the population. South Americans aren't stupid. They make their own "field" studies and followup on success. They don't believe their government and know it is not there to help them. Seems that the Colombian government is NOT trying to suppress Ivermectin use. Perhaps they are not heavily invested in American/European drug companies. The Ivermectin there is manufactured by a German company. I have some that Marta brought back, but have not had to use it. Both of us tested positive back in Sept. 2020. Marta had symptoms that required antibiotic followup. I had no symptoms. We were both on multis, zinc, vitamin D and quercetin (as an ionophore). Marta is now vaccinated (on physician recomendation). I am not. Used to be that I had great respect for the medical profession in general. There are still physicians I respect ... but the "general" has taken a real hit.

jcsok, welcome to the board. The examples are telling. Ivermectin seems to be an effective therapeutic as well as HCQ.

It's the old problem of looking through static dogmatic lenses instead of approaching an or a problem using scientific principals. In this case, genetics is racist because some people have used it for racist purposes. Same with guns or numerous other issues. I wish her luck. It's an important science problem.

Hi Lurker. In NZ we use a lot of ivermectin in the livestock industry. You talked about the pour on ivermectin, does it enter the body and work internally when poured on. I know the dosing is trivial but is it for internal worms when poured on.
imagine a cream to cure a virus? Had a ding dong fight with a member of my doctor family when I discussed this where he claimed I believed in molecular memory because the dosing was so trivial, he did not understand that once the zinc is in the cell you are highly protected.

A local solution for gun violence? Pay people $300 a monthSan Francisco thinks it may have an answer for its rising gun violence problem: Paying people to not pull the trigger. The idea is to provide the small number of San Franciscans who authorities believe are most at risk of shooting someone — or being shot — with an incentive to get help and stay out of trouble. It’s a solution that proponents say already has shown promise preventing gun crimes in other parts of California. www.sfexaminer.com/news/a-local-solution-for-gun-violence-pay-people-300-a-month/

Stock market looks dicey headed into next week. VIX futures look set to launch. It's that moody time of year when pullbacks happen, and now they are talking about tapering. And the market is sitting on yards of foamy froth. And rates are already zero. The fed is out of tools this time. We'll see if the printing presses can stave off the bear one more time

Yes you'd certainly think that might cause selling and maybe tip the balance.

But not $416 USD Ratty, I think maybe you have it backward? Right now it only takes $.735 USD to buy one Australian dollar. What happened down there? They were about even not long ago. I think shortly after the 2009 crash when commodities were coming back, the USD, Canadian and Australian dollars were about equal.
Seems like perpetual lockdown socialism has not been very productive in Australia or Canada.
