I remember middy's  Australia was cool before the siege.
I am sorry to report that - since my bladder problems - I have been off caffeine, chocolate, spicy foods, and ALCOHOL. Cold turkey on all and I have lost about seven kilos. The good news is that I have found zero alcohol beer and a few varieties are actually not bad.  Zero alcohol wine is a different matter.  |
