Big blobs of red are perhaps misleading? Russian are likely mostly on/near main roads, this guy does regular updates. For only $19.95 a month you too can sponsor a Ukrainian Freedom Fighter. As a special gift we’ve added the NATO MAP blanket It's possible to be too cynical PB.

I can't help but feel a little apprehensive that Russia's invasion of Ukraine is part of a bigger plan to topple the plans set forth at the Bretton Woods Conference in 1944. It was there that the victorious powers agreed upon a series of new rules for the post-WWII international monetary system. The US dollar was established as the worlds reserve currency which led to almost 80 years of prosperity for the United States and much of the world. It seems that China, Russia and to a lesser degree India are seeking to position themselves as the next economic power house. I think Russia's moves are exposing all kinds of issues with global supply chain dependencies. 80% of the worlds nickel comes from Russia as does a a large portion of the phosphate the world needs for fertilizer. Add in their oil and gas production and it becomes problematic to the global economy.
The world is at a teetering point with how it handles Russia. And heaven forbid the problems that would be caused by a Chinese invasion of Taiwan. If everything seems a little crazy now, imagine what a Chinese invasion would do.
It boggles my mind that Germany and other European nations are so addicted to Russian fossil fuels they cant even place sanctions on them without facing the fact that Putin would cut off the fuel that provides 40% of their electricity. They are literally funding their own destruction.

some of the decisions were driven by the left planted within their governments.
I have lived in Europe, some time ago, for several years, they are not lovers of the US and Nordstream 2 was an example of this.
Let them freeze a bit it focus their minds on the sensational levels of support from the Marshal plan etc.
I am European to be totally clear.
