I guess I'm going to find out the first part of August ... if France hasn't burnt down ... and the Ruskies haven't crossed the Rhine. Number one (and only) son seems to still be up for it. Marta would prefer Paris over Lorient (if the garbage is gone) but she has agreed not to complain as the Celtic males explore the music of their ancestors.

I'm not the only one who thinks the strategic partnership between Russia and China is not built on the most solid foundation. Russia hooking up with China is like dating a stripper. Xi may look good to Putin after a few Vodka's, but you date a stripper and you get what you deserve. Certainly not the new Axis powers ready to challenge Europe and the US.

Macgregor is more of a populist, anti-globalist than I guess I was aware. Other than "the war" issues, I had not heard him talk in depth about local control both in Europe and the US (in the later part of this video).

If you go back a read their tweets throughout this conflict, on many occasions have claimed Russian culmination in areas, where the area was under Russian control days later. Disinformation propaganda outlet ISW now says Russia is gaining in Bakhmut: In an update today they are claiming 'Russia needs to regroup around Bakhmut, due to Wagner soldiers completing contract and going home'. If you believe the western mainstream media Russian losses are catastrophic. Why would soldiers be going home? Why would they be going home in a frontline city that has culminated? ISW says 'Russia controls 65 percent of Bakhmut'. If you look at neutral mappers, it is 75 percent: www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2023-03-29/urgent-ukraine-s-zelenskyy-any-russian-victory-could-be-perilousRemember when Bakhmut was not strategic or important? Ukraine's position in Bakhmut is untenable. It's interesting Zelensky would make these comments, when at some point in the next several weeks Russia is likely to have 100 percent control of Bakhmut.

Gentle reminder...this is after 'mobilisation'.
One of the supposed major armies in the world, against a much less equipped country.
Easy to hyper focus on small battle areas, however overall, Goliath is making little gain.

Anyone confidently claiming Russians will advance and Ukraine will fail, remember, the Russians are clearly not confident of this!

Russian war blogger received an award, which appeared to perhaps contain explosives.
He's now dead, quite the espionage occurring here.
